I am a native Brazilian who has lived, worked and raised a family far from home. Language is the thread that keeps me connected to where I come from - the music, the stories, the way Brazilians express joy and sorrow in ways no other language quite captures. Teaching Brazilian Portuguese is not just sharing a skill. It is sharing a piece of my identity, my culture, my neighborhood, and my country with people who are curious enough to want to understand it. Every student who learns to speak Portuguese opens a door to one of the most vibrant, warm and extraordinary cultures on the planet. I want to be the person who hands them the key.
