I am a recent graduate in International Relations, passionate about history, and I love meeting people from different cultures. I have tutored children full-time for two periods of one and a half years, as they were private students. I have also volunteered to support disadvantaged children in school integration programs. Through these experiences, I discovered how much I enjoy teaching, which inspired me to start teaching adults as well.

My name is Betti, and I’m a native Hungarian speaker.
I’m really excited to help you learn Hungarian, whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience. I can support you if you’re planning to travel to Hungary, living or studying here, or if you have another specific reason for learning the language. I’ve been teaching children of different ages for about five years, and now I’m thrilled to start assisting adults as well. For students above 14, I work exclusively with women. This allows me to create a comfortable and supportive learning environment for everyone.
In my lessons, we’ll focus on speaking and understanding Hungarian in real-life situations, as well as reading and writing while building your vocabulary. We won’t get lost in complicated grammar rules—only what’s necessary to help you feel confident and able to communicate. I enjoy creating lessons that are interactive, clear and tailored to your needs. Since Hungarian can feel challenging at first, I make sure learning is enjoyable and step by step, so you always feel confident as you progress. I also like to include Hungarian culture, traditions, and everyday expressions, so you don’t just learn the language, you experience it. Hope to see you soon!
